As owner, he works closely with clients during the pre-construction process, helping define project scope, guide early design conversations, and create budgets that align with each family’s vision and financial goals. He is known for being reachable, organized, and highly involved, keeping clients informed and included from start to finish.
His approach to building is rooted in clear communication, thoughtful planning, and a genuine care for the families he works with. He is especially passionate about the planning and budgeting process, helping clients make informed decisions early so their home can be built with clear expectations and the proper funds in place to achieve the result they are hoping for. He believes a truly custom home should complement the everyday lifestyle, routines, and character of the people living in it.
Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, and finding inspiration in the homes, neighborhoods, and communities around him. That same appreciation for family, design, and everyday living continues to shape the way he approaches each home Storyteller Residential builds.

Nick Chianese
SUPERINTENDENT
As Superintendent at Storyteller Residential, Nick brings 9 years of construction experience and a strong hands-on understanding of the building process. After getting started in the industry right out of high school, he has developed a work style centered around organization, communication, and keeping each project moving smoothly from one trade to the next. In his role, Nick coordinates subcontractors, helps manage day-to-day progress on site, and stays focused on making sure the details are handled with care.

A smooth, well-communicated building experience is something he takes seriously for both homeowners and trades. With so many moving parts involved in a custom home, Nick works hard to keep projects organized, address issues quickly, and help homeowners feel comfortable throughout the process. He believes a truly custom home is found in the small details — the personal selections and thoughtful touches that make the home feel special to the family who will live there.
Quality, to Nick, means delivering a home that feels truly ready for the family who is about to begin life there. He believes the little details matter — from the way the home is finished and organized to the care that goes into making sure everything feels complete. His goal is for families to walk through the door feeling proud, excited, and ready to enjoy the home from the very first day. That same appreciation for detail and organization carries into his life outside of work as well. Nick is married, has a dog, and enjoys spending his time hunting, fishing, camping, traveling, and golfing.
Mission Statement
I believe building a custom home is about so much more than construction, it's about creating the place where your family's story will unfold for generations to come. That's a responsibility I never take lightly.
When you trust Storyteller Residential with your home, you're trusting us with the memories you'll make inside it. That's why I'm committed to exceptional craftsmanship, uncompromising quality, and clear, prompt communication every step of the way. I want you to feel informed, confident, and excited throughout the entire building process.
Every detail matters because this isn't just another project to me. It's the home where birthdays will be celebrated, holidays will become traditions, and grandchildren may one day gather to hear stories about where it all began. My team and I pour our passion into every home we build because we know we're not simply constructing a house. We're helping create your family's legacy.
I would be honored to help you write the first chapter of that story.
